Return Policy

Can I cancel my order?

  • Once an order has been submitted, modification is not allowed, but cancellation may be possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation approval depends on the order status. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What is your return policy?

You may request to return a product within 3 days from the date of delivery only if:

  • The item was faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • The damage was not caused by your own actions, negligence, or misuse.
  • The return request is approved by our support team.

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

When will return requests be rejected?

  • The product is missing original packaging, accessories, parts, or free gifts (if applicable).
  • The product and free gifts are returned in the same package if they were originally delivered separately.

  • Any unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs made to the product.

  • Processing times vary and depend on the bank/payment provider, but typically take 5 to 10 business days.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, unless otherwise stated by our support team.
