UGREEN Singapore Warranty Policy

Important Notice

Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from ugreen.com.sg.

We are the official UGREEN online distributor in Singapore. Warranty coverage provided by us applies only to products purchased directly through ugreen.com.sg.

Products purchased from other platforms or retailers, including Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Challenger, COURTS, Gain City, Harvey Norman, Popular, or other third-party sellers, are not covered under our warranty service. Please contact the original seller or retailer for warranty assistance.

Warranty Coverage Period

• UGREEN Products: 12 months

• UGREEN NAS Series: 24 months, where applicable

• Each product is entitled to one warranty claim only during the applicable warranty period.

• Free gifts and complimentary items are not covered by warranty.

Once warranty service, replacement, or an approved warranty claim has been provided for a product, no further warranty claims will be accepted for the same product.

Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper handling, fire, or other external factors

• Products not purchased directly from ugreen.com.sg

• Products purchased outside Singapore

• Free gifts, complimentary products
