Important Notice
We are the official UGREEN online distributor in Singapore. Warranty coverage is only applicable to products purchased directly from us via ugreen.com.sg.

For purchases made through other platforms(Lazada, Shopee &Amazon) or vendors(Challenger,Courts,Gaincity, Popular), please contact your original seller for assistance.

Warranty Coverage Period

• UGREEN Products: 12 months
• UGREEN NAS Series: 24 months (where applicable)

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, or other external factors
• Products not purchased from our official website or purchased outside of Singapore
